BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
You can book an appointment online via Fresha. If you have any problems doing this, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

PARKING
There is lots of free parking near to the salon. Please check for any parking restrictions before leaving your car and also please be mindful of local residents.
PAYMENT
Cash, bank transfer and card payments are all accepted. If you are using cash, please bring the correct amount. All payments must be made before leaving the salon.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At least 48 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel your appointment. Anyone who fails to give 48 hours notice without a valid reason, or simply does not show up, will be required to pay 100% of the fee of their booked treatment. You will not be able to rebook until this payment is received.
REFUND POLICY
If you have any concerns, or are not entirely happy following your treatment, please discuss this before you leave the salon. This allows the opportunity for any amendments or removals to be made if needed. If you have any concerns after you leave the salon, please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can discuss an appropriate route to a resolution. Fixes for genuine issues with any treatment are offered for free within 48 hours after the appointment. Any fixes after 48 hours may incur a fee.
Refunds will not be offered for any services.
CONSULTATION FORMS
Prior to each new treatment, you will be required to complete a consultation form. This ensures that your chosen treatment is safe and suitable for you. You must fill these out as honestly as possible. You will receive a link to complete this form via e-mail and it must be completed before your appointment. If you do not complete the forms, your treatment cannot be carried out. These records are stored within GDPR guidelines and you are required to update me of any changes so that your record can be kept up to date.
TIMEKEEPING
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Try to avoid arriving any earlier than 5 minutes before as the salon is very busy and there may not be space for you to wait. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not have time to complete the desired treatment.
AGE
I do not perform any treatments on anyone under the age of 16 years old. For all lash and brow services, 16 and 17 year olds require parental consent.
PATCH TESTING
If the treatment you have chosen requires a patch test, this must be done AT LEAST 48 hours before your appointment. It is your responsibility to remember to pop in to the salon for one. You will need a patch test every 6 months. Once you have had your patch test, you will be required to complete the patch test form. Please be aware that, despite having a patch test, reactions may still occur - this is rare but could happen. If you do not have a patch test, I cannot carry out the treatment.
The treatments that require a patch test are brow and lash tinting, lash lifts, brow lamination and hybrid brows. I do not require a patch test for lash extensions but one is available if you would like to have one prior to getting lash extensions.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
NAILS
Come with bare nails to your first appointment. If you need a removal, you must book this in. Please note, I do not remove acrylic enhancements.
Complete all consultation forms.
Make sure your hands and nails are washed and clean.
Avoid wearing fluffy jumpers.
Try to have an idea of what colour/design you want.
Let me know if there are any changes to your medical information or if you have any cuts, infections or open wounds.
BROWS, LASHES & FACE WAXING
Get a patch test at least 48 hours before your first appointment if required.
Complete all consultation forms.
Do not wear any makeup to your appointment.
If you use any products containing retinol on your face, please avoid using them for 7 days prior and after your appointment.
Wear a hairstyle that is comfortable to lie on.
Let me know if there are any changes to your medical information, or if you have any cuts, infections or open wounds.
For all lash treatments, do not curl your lashes or wear mascara for 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Do not use any lash or brow serums for a few days before your treatment.
Avoid drinking caffeine directly before your treatment.
Wear comfy clothes, especially if your treatment takes a long period of time.
Use the toilet directly before your treatment to avoid needing it throughout.
Remove contact lenses for any lash treatments.
Avoid applying sun cream or moisturiser directly before your appointment.
AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT
NAILS
Avoid immersing your hands in warm water for long periods of time.
Apply cuticle oil and/or hand cream twice a day.
Wear gloves when handling cleaning products and washing dishes.
Do not use them as tools e.g. using them to open cans or peel off stickers.
Do not pick them off - always remove them properly.
Attend regular maintenance appointments (every 2-3 weeks).
LASH LIFT
Do not get your eyelashes wet for 24 hours.
Avoid steam for 48 hours e.g. sauna, steam room, bath, kettle, oven, etc.
Avoid touching or rubbing the eye area immediately after treatment.
Try to avoid sleeping on your face.
Use a lash conditioner daily.
BROWS & FACE WAXING
Do not get your brows wet in the first 24 hours. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive moisture and steam from saunas, baths and kettles.
Do not apply make up, skincare products, or get any treatments around the area for at least 24 hours.
Use a brow conditioner daily.
Avoid rubbing or excessive touching of the treated area.
Avoid saunas, steam rooms and any other sources of heat.
Use oil free cleansers and avoid cleansers containing exfoliants and AHA.
If you have your brows laminated you cannot have them re done for at least 8 weeks, but you can book for a maintenance tint and wax 4-6 weeks after your lamination to maintain the colour and shape.
